Typhoon Soulik threatens chaos in China and Taiwan as flood toll mounts

Schools, offices and airlines closed or disrupted with more than 200 dead after torrential rain in parts of China

China and Taiwan braced on Friday for the impact of Typhoon Soulik as the toll of dead and missing from torrential rain across large parts of China climbed beyond 200.

Soulik was expected to hit northern Taiwan later on Friday, before crossing the narrow Taiwan Strait and slamming into China’s provinces of Fujian and Zhejiang on Saturday

The storm will also pass close to the far southern Japanese islands of Ishigaki and Miyako.

China has ordered fishing boats to return to port and suspended ferry links to Taiwan, the official news agency Xinhua said.

Large parts of China are already being lashed by torrential rain.

At least 36 people have died in flooding in the southwestern province of Sichuan since the weekend, and 166 people are missing, the China News Service said.

State television has broadcast dramatic pictures of bridges and houses being washed away around Beichuan and Dujiangyan in Sichuan, a region still recovering from a massive earthquake in 2008 that killed nearly 70,000 people.

 

For any with eyes to see and ears to hear, take heed, the God of the Bible did forewarn that a time of trouble so great would come to pass, and be preceded by earthquakes, famines, nations rising against one another, with wars and rumours of wars, and pestilences in diverse places, and that these would be the beginning of sorrows. Matthew.24:6-7.

A defining feature in the churches of God today is also accurately foretold in verses 11 & 12, saying;  “And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. 

How true and astonishingly accurate are the words of this prophecy! In today’s topsy turvy mixed up, confused and chaotic world of “religious-beliefs” there is little resembling the truth and teachings of God’s one-true church, and their sacred, and ancient teachings. And the churches are all following men in place of Christ, and the many indeed are being deceived! Some with soft teachings, others with hardline indoctrination and falsehood. The LOVE of MANY has also indeed WAXED COLD, but why? Because INIQUITY shall abound! Iniquity is lawlessness, and lawlessness is the transgression of God’s Law. And today, the churches have largely become LUKEWARM to God’s Laws, one saying to me he didn’t think it mattered any longer whether God’s holy days were kept in accordance with set times, as long as we keep them in the spirit of the Law?

Is that what anyone understands about the keeping of the Sabbath day God commanded to be kept forever? Should God’s Sabbath be kept in some ethereal and mystical airy-fairy manner such as this? Did not the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob command the children of Israel thus: “Speak ye unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my Sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know what I am the LORD that does sanctify you. Six days may work be done, but the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: Whosoever does any work in the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death. Therefore the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. It is a sign between me and the children of Israel forever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested and was refreshed. Ex.31:15-17.

Most in God’s churches know and understand this as a basic foundational teaching, but when we fail to connect the principals of even a basic teaching as this, we can easily be deceived, and begin to go off track and act and think in error. One doesn’t have room to expound these teachings here, but essentially, all of God’s Laws are in force and living motion, with the entire heavenly sphere being upheld and sustained by the Laws the Great Creator designed and set to order the endless universe! When these Laws are broken, the result is lawlessness in varying ways, and the effects are all around us in this sinful, dead and dying world. And we must learn to practise them, physically, in principal, and in the spirit of each and every Law, because once a Law is broken, as the apostle James wrote, we break them all! (James.2:10)

Suffice to say, in this Godless world of mankind, penalties will continue to abound, because iniquity and Lawlessness abound, and the love of many has waxed cold. As one of many “effects” we see playing out before our very eyes, if we can truly see, these  troubles will continue to increase until the prophesied time of world conflict, and world war III arrives, called in scripture, The Great Tribulation, and time of Jacobs trouble unleashes powers and horrific effects on our world, especially the west, for it’s disdain and rejection of God Almighties Laws! Matthew.24:15-21.

Are we entering a time of violence as it was in Noah’s time?

The violence not only in Latin America, but in all of America is evidenced by their lax gun laws, regardless of what powerful gun lobbies will have any gullible enough to believe. The fact that Mexico borders the U.S to the north, and that the flow of weapons, and drugs is virtually impossible to stop, is just  another factor in the ongoing violence perpetrated against innocent citizens in all their forms.

In December 2012, Enrique Pena Nieto was sworn in as Mexican president, succeeding Felipe Calderon who had launched a crackdown on the drug gangs six years earlier.

Mr Pena Nieto had campaigned on a promise to to switch the focus from tackling the gangs and hunting drug barons to reducing the crime and violence that affect the lives of Mexicans.

What is the scale of the violence?

Keeping track of the drug deaths is difficult, as official figures have been issued sporadically. Most estimates put the number of people killed in drug-related violence since late 2006 at more than 60,000. Although there is no official breakdown of the numbers, the victims include suspected drug gang members, members of the security forces and those considered innocent bystanders. However, analysts have tracked an overall reduction in violence during 2012, continuing a trend from the previous year.

VIOLENCE ON THE RISE, WITHOUT ANY SIGN OF ABATEMENT

No doubt, regardless of the facts, statistical analysis cannot give accurate details of the violence in it’s many forms, being carried out upon hapless, and not so hapless human beings, whether past, present, or future. Statistical ‘experts’ all appear to have their own opinions, and analyses profiles, but that can depend on input data, and other factors, which in reality don’t amount to anything other than what we see playing out on our televisions and radio’s, on the internet etc, that we are living through some of the most violent times in our chequered history as a species!

FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED

What we need to acknowledge and accept, is that humanity in general are a violent life-form, which comes back to one great cause… Do you, does any human being know the real causes of all the atrocities humankind carries out against his fellow man, in domestic, societal, family and all forms of violence? The effects we are seeing are not new, but old, but the solutions are going to be profound, and earth shattering to say the least.

As a man once said; All of man’s problems are spiritual in nature”, and as far as the writer and others around the earth are concerned and convinced, the only solution is for mankind to return their Creator, and begin to obey God.

God forewarned mankind in the scriptures that there will come a time when he will cut short mankind’s devilish ‘reign’ on this earth, and that if he did not, there would be no flesh left alive! This is due to man’s proclivity to  violence, leading to war. This will be the situation just prior to the return to this earth of the Son of God, Jesus Christ! (See Matthew.24:21-22. This period is shown in the Bible to last for 3.5 years, preceded by a flight of God’s people, culminating with the return of the LORD in power and great glory!  (verses.29-31.)  As the writer has stated, there is a cause for these effects, and Christ highlighted this further in verses 37-42.

If you are one that fears God, and wants to avoid this coming time of world conflict, and time such as has never been, no, nor ever will be again, write for further prophetic teachings on end-time events, there is a way of escape!

US Supreme Court supports gay marriage, rules DOMA unconstitutional

IN A huge victory for gays and lesbians, the US Supreme Court struck down a law denying federal benefits to homosexual couples and cleared the way for same-sex marriage in California.

Cheers rang out among the estimated 1000 supporters of same-sex marriage who gathered under brilliant sunshine outside the high court in Washington for the historic rulings, which will have a major impact on US society.

In a 5-4 decision, the court first struck down the Defence of Marriage Act (DOMA), which denied federal benefits to married gay and lesbian couples by strictly defining marriage as a union between a man and a woman.

“DOMA is unconstitutional as a deprivation of the equal liberty of persons that is protected by the Fifth Amendment” of the Constitution, said the majority opinion written by Justice Anthony Kennedy.

US President Barack Obama hailed the DOMA decision, saying in a statement: “We are a people who declared that we are all created equal – and the love we commit to one another must be equal as well.”

The court also said a case on Proposition 8, a 2008 voter initiative in California that prohibited same-sex marriage in the nation’s most populous state, was not properly brought before them.

That 5-4 decision – which indicated gay marriages would likely resume in California – enabled the justices to dodge the thornier issue of whether same-sex marriage is a constitutional right throughout the United States.

HOW FAR, A ONCE GREAT NATION, HAS FALLEN!

Is this what God intended for his creation when he made man and woman in his own image? Did the God head say let us make man in our image, the man, and the woman, in order that they may forget my purpose of one man, and one woman to marry and reproduce children in a loving homogenous lifelong marriage?  Why have the “leaders” of today’s politics, of  the once great western powers lost all sense of moral compass?

The simple answer is that they have forgotten their God, “thinking” he no longer exists, if he ever did in their eyes. The full answer cannot be conveyed in the space here, but one answer is clearly outlined in the Holy Scriptures as a prophecy God would bring about because of this very situation. In fact, God foretold in the prophet Isaiah that he would take away the mighty man, the judge, the prudent, the honourable man, the eloquent orator, and would give children to be their princes!

And the result? “The show of their countenance does witness against them; and they declare their sin as SODOM, THEY HIDE IT NOT! Woe unto their soul! They have rewarded EVIL unto themselves.

Could the pronouncement from the eternal creator get any worse than this? YES! And God makes this clear in no uncertain terms, saying;  As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead you cause you to err, and destroy the way of your paths. God foretold that they would declare their sin as sodom, and this has been increasing to the point that now, ‘they’ the sodomites now have equal standing with a God ordained marriage between a man and a woman. WHen wil Americans wake up out of their stupor and paint their colors to the mast? Or is this now their true colors? I believe it is the latter, because the leadership has been removed, and those who are children in the mind now “lead” the western powers down a path from where there is no remedy, other than the coming time of world conflict, called THE GREAT TRIBULATION,  a time such as has never been, no nor ever will be again! Mt.24:21

Though this is in California, the USA under its current ‘leader’ has this weak mentality to cede to the wishes of the lowest common denominator in the aggressive “gay-rights” activist lobby, and as a result, has allowed the once great nation to be unpicked as if from the seams, until it has become almost stripped of it’s national, and international greatness, of the dignity, the honour and respect it formerly held. God help us to take heed unto the word of the living God, to begin to cast aside these reckless incumbents, and begin to obey the Almighty God.

Activists say syrian death toll tops 100,000 after more than two years of bloodshed!

THE civil war in Syria has now killed more than 100,000 people, a grim new estimate that comes at a time when the conflict is spreading beyond its borders and hopes are fading for a settlement to end the bloodshed.

The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which has been tracking the death toll through a network of activists in the country, said most of the 100,191 killed in the last 27 months were combatants.

The regime losses were estimated at nearly 43,000, including pro-government militias and 169 fighters from the Lebanese Shiite Hezbollah group – a recent entrant in the conflict.

The Observatory said 36,661 of the dead are civilians. Recorded deaths among the rebels fighting to topple President Bashar al-Assad reached more than 18,000, including 2518 foreign fighters.

Has War With The West & Allies Been Averted Momentarily With Ahmadinejad’s Removal?

Iran‘s president-elect, Hassan Rouhani, whose sensational victory in Friday’s election prompted nationwide celebrations, has promised to reduce tensions with the west, show more transparency on its nuclear front and bring moderation back to the forefront of Iranian politics.

In his first press conference in Tehran, two days after being confirmed as the elected successor to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Rouhani presented himself as a moderate politician willing to “enhance mutual trust” between Tehran and the international community, including Britain and the US, and as the saviour of the Iranian economy by working to lift sanctions.

“We have to enhance mutual trust between Iran and other countries,” said Rouhani, nicknamed in the Iranian media as the diplomat sheikh and the sheikh of hope. “We have to build trust,” he said. Rouhani made clear that his government will pursue a “friendly relationship” with all its neighbours, including the Arab countries, in particular Saudi Arabia.

The press conference, held in Iran’s centre for strategic studies, an institution Rouhani has presided over for 22 years, was at times chaotic, as only a limited number of Iranian and foreign reporters in the packed room were given the chance to ask questions. The session, which lasted an hour and half, was broadcast live on national television.

In a sharp contrast to the outgoing president, Rouhani avoided issuing inflammatory statements against the west and instead promised improved relations. He outlined his priorities by saying: “Your government … will follow up national goals … in the path of saving the country’s economy, revive ethics and constructive interaction with the world through moderation.”

In regards to Iran’s nuclear programme – which the west suspects to have military dimensions, while Tehran insists it is entirely for peaceful purposes – Rouhani said his government would restore “mutual confidence” by promoting step-by-step measures in order to reassure the international community about Iranian ambitions.

“The first step will be showing greater transparency,” he said. “We are ready to show greater transparency and make clear that the Islamic Republic of Iran’s actions are totally within international frameworks.”

 

Comments

If the above is true, the newly elected President will have no problems in allowing IAEA officials into their nuclear facilities where the former President had stated in no uncertain terms that they would not stop their ambitions to become Nuclear. Neither will he continue his rhetoric about the sanctions on their country being “cruel”, with little snippets like this creeping out, and the fact that the new president says they have done nothing wrong according to international frameworks. This glaring inconsistency in relation to Iran’s long-held position to wipe Israel off the map flies in the face of the new presidents reported “moderate” stance.

This will be likely to become part of  their undoing in quick time if the new President does not stand fast against the Iranian regime’s customary distrust and hatred of the west, and the international community, including the United States of America, Britain, Canada, and especially, Israel.

Time will tell, but the proof for Iran truly desiring peace, and the new Presidents acid test will be to display a totally transparent Government in every aspect. A situation this writer suggests will unravel the thin facade of this “moderate” leader, and in the not too distant future, recommence the hostilities Iran is and has been renowned for. Iran has never proven to be moderates in the past, neither does the writer believe that will change anytime soon. For the time being, the words of moderation will ring out, but it may prove a hollow ring in the weeks and months ahead.

THE US Department of Agriculture is investigating the discovery of genetically engineered wheat in an Oregon field.

US regulators said the wheat carries no risks but the outcome of the probe – namely finding out whether such wheat is growing elsewhere – could have a wider impact on world markets, experts said.

“No one wants genetically engineered wheat,” said Bill Freese, science policy analyst at the Centre for Food Safety, recalling that massive opposition in 2004 led seed giant Monsanto to pull back from its bid to commercialise it.

GE wheat is not approved for commercial sale anywhere in the world, but some herbicide-resistant plants were found in April on an Oregon farm, triggering a government investigation, officials announced on Wednesday.

Market jitters ensued as Japan cancelled a bid for 25,000 tonnes of US wheat and the European Union told its member states to test imports from the area, saying any genetically modified wheat would not be sold to consumers.

Monsanto’s share price was down 3.3 per cent at $US101.53 ($105.17) in midday trade after climbing for the past 10 days.

The altered wheat is glyphosate resistant, which means it contains a transgene that allows it to survive when a popular weedkiller made by Monsanto, called Roundup, is sprayed on fields.

 

The Almighty God said; “Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his own kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth”: The simple result? … and it was so.  And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed as in itself, after his kind, and God saw that it was good. Gen.1:11-12.

Monsanto, and other greedy merchant conglomerates have for many years been attempting to pervert the natural order of nature as God intended, and science in the name of advancement is tarred with the same brush, whereas God calls them science falsely so-called! I Timothy.6:20.

The merchants of this world lust greedily for power and wealth, they never seem to have enough, little wonder they pervert every single thing a loving God has made for man’s sustenance.

We know man’s insatiable lust for wealth and power will not end until he has come to the point of self annihilation, where the prophet Daniel foretold that knowledge would be increased and many would be going to and fro in the end days.  And yet all mankind has ever increased in is evil of every conceivable kind, from abortion, to “same-sex” “marriage, intermingling the nations against God’s direct intention, to conflict and the inability to work our his own problems one, with another, leading to endless wars, death, misery and suffering!

In The Prophecies of the Bible, and in this context, the 8th Chapter of Zechariah, the First Nine Verses Give Us a Picture of the Beginning of the Next Age, When Christ Shall Have Returned In Person To Earth, Shall Have Smashed Into Oblivion The Present Order, And Shall Have Established Peace And Prosperity Upon Earth Then, In The 10th Verse, We Read:

“For Before These Days” (Just Before the Second Coming of Christ)

“There Was No Hire For Man, Nor Any Hire For Beast; Neither Was There Any Peace To Him That Went Out Or Came In Because Of The Affliction:”-(For Affliction, Read The  Tribulation,-“For I Set All Men Every One Against His Neighbour.”

No Hire For Man Or Beast! The Man Out Of A Job Could Find None! Everyone

Against His Neighbour! No Peace! How Accurate & Detailed Are These of End-Time

Conditions That We Are Witnessing All Over the Earth at This Time! Note Again, – This Was Prophesied To Happen Just Before The Second Coming Of Jesus Christ!

Earth Shattering Events Are Coming! Are We Ready? We Need To Be Preparing For These Awesome & Frightening Events, Just Ahead!

When Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi visited Vienna in February for a U.N. Alliance of Civilizationsconference, he was met outside by a protest. Spearheaded by a 38-year-old Austrian political activist named Simone Dinah Hartmann, the group, called Stop the Bomb, is made up of a broad cross-section of the Austrian political spectrum, from leftists and Greens to conservatives and Iranian dissidents. The group is small, and yet it managed to elicit a reaction—from Salehi himself. When a journalist asked Salehi about Stop the Bomb’s demands that Austria break off all relations with Iran, the foreign minister warned that “caution and wisdom should prevail. Otherwise one could end up in problem situations.” Salehi then added that Austrian anti-regime activists, including Iranian dissidents living in the country, should “be more rational and more careful.”

Then things got worse: In the face of this barely veiled threat, the Austrian foreign minister, Michael Spindelegger —who met Salehi—refused to rebuke the Iranian diplomat, or even publicly acknowledge that a high-level official of a foreign government had stepped on Austrian soil and attempted to intimidate its citizens.

The Vienna government’s cowardice and cravenness points to something rotten about Austria—but also, more ominously, about Europe, which has emerged as the weak link in the West’s standoff with the Islamic Republic and its allies. “Europe believes that if you’re nice to the mullahs, they’ll be nice back,” Hartmann told me recently. But the truth is precisely the opposite.

Stockholm Riots, Sparks Debate over Muslim Immigration

Germany’s P.M, Angela Merkel, and her Government have come to this disturbing “revelation” in the face of similar ethnic race and sectarian violence, caused by Islam’s extremist minority. In fact, the German Government have had to admit that Multiculturalism does not work!

To be clear, it is not only about mass immigration, but the fact that those from parts of Africa & the Middle East are the main instigators in this latest bout of disgusting unrest by Muslim youth. Again, and again, multiculturalism all over the earth in every age of man has proven that it does not work.

The so-called “religion” is an organisation of men, and of hate. Violence & crime has spread through our western nations like a plague without cure, with the authorities and liberal educated elite being part of, and sharing in the blame.

Take into account the left-leaning mainstream media, with political correctness being one of the attack mechanisms of the media on anyone that does not agree with their views, then add to that massive numbers being foisted upon our weak, unwitting and somewhat stupid western peoples like sheep to the slaughter we head!

What we are seeing time after time is disaster after disaster. Mankind will not connect cause with effect, and seems totally unwilling to see how this is impacting all of the effects we see playing out before our very eyes. One of the main problems our unwitting societies are being influenced through is again, the falseness of our western media outlets through all of this, who will word-shift in such terms as “Asylum-seekers” or “refugees”, when in fact they are neither. For the most part, they are financial-refugees. With the shifting of massive numbers all around the world in search of a “better life”, and allow so many troubled uneducated and brainwashed Muslims into our western democratic nations and what is the result? Chaos on unprecedented levels of scale. In fact all over the world wherever Islam & Muslim immigrants are concerned, and there has always proven to be anything but the peace they portray their “religion” to be!

As has been proven again this last week in London where a young off duty soldier was butchered by people who must be about as close to animals as can be expressed. Likewise, wherever their Nigerian, African, middle eastern, Sudanese, Libyan, Syrian, Iraqi Muslims have emigrated from, has seldom ever been anything other than war torn cities left in their wake. The funny thing about this, (If there can be a funny side) is that the very war-torn and troubled nations they have left behind in search of peaceful, and perhaps even democratic nations, become mirror images of what they left behind! War, death, misery and oppression are all they seem to know, and sadly, what they bring with them.

The above are  very sad indictments on our western “leaders” who allow the pinko-liberal left-leaning (snivel) libertarian and media driven ideologues such as multiculturalism, (which has never worked in any country) and multi-“faith” peoples to live side by side, when their doctrines clash on every level! Had they admitted “genuine” refugees into their borders, and required them to learn to speak the native language, and generally assimilate as a profitable member of the society, that might have gone along way to eliminating what we now see destroying the hosts cities  from within, in every country to which they have come.

One might be forgiven for thinking that “blind-Freddy” could see the results in advance, but Sweden in particular, has to be mentioned as one of the worst cases of stupidity, where they give free housing and social security payments to new immigrants, and with all of their hospitality the result from these immigrants, and especially the Muslim element, is demand after demand, riots, destruction of public property, and of course as mentioned earlier, a mirror image in the host nation of what the Muslim immigrant left behind in his own war-torn and violent country.

When will the host nations of such ignorant actions sit up and take notice, connect cause with effect, and put a stop to current, as well as future violence instigated by uncontrolled, ill-disciplined, uneducated and violent Muslims?  [Read more…]
