The Holy Spirit

  • God calls them He has predestinated into His church through the Power of His Holy Spirit after repentance, baptism, and the laying on of the hands of the ministry.
  • The Holy Spirit of God “begets” his children into the womb of the church, as a type of the human sperm, begetting human children, to be fed by the mother, the church, until born again as a Spirit being into the kingdom of God.
  • Through the Holy Spirit we are exhorted to acquire the mind of Christ in and through daily submission to God.
  • We in the God’s church understand that Christ’s mind is imparted by the power of the Holy Spirit.
  • The Holy Spirit is God’s power given in measure to His begotten children.
  • The Spirit empowers God’s children with the strength, courage, wisdom, and knowledge of God’s will.
  • Jesus promised to make that Spirit available and He fulfilled that promise on the Day of Pentecost which formally began the original New Testament church of God.
  • God’s Holy Spirit is the dynamic and personal presence of God in the life of those who yield to His will.
